Wear is inevitable for civil engineering and excavation machinery, but by installing wear-resistant plates made of carbide at friction points, we can prevent wear on the main body of the machine.

Repeated friction at the same locations, such as the sliding parts of various machines and the outer surfaces of construction machinery, can lead to a decline in machine performance due to wear. Among hard special steels, cemented carbide has extremely excellent wear resistance, but it cannot be directly welded. Therefore, using S45C, which has good weldability, as the base material, a cemented carbide plate is brazed onto the grooved area, resulting in a "wear-resistant plate (brazed cemented carbide type)." By innovating the shape of the cemented carbide and the depth of the brazing position, we aim to improve wear resistance.
